Shipping & Exchange Policy

IT Maverick Solutions is a 100% digital services company. This policy explains how we deliver our services, handle deliverable revisions, and manage exchanges.

1. Digital Services — No Physical Shipping

IT Maverick Solutions is a 100% digital services company. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products or goods of any kind. All our services — including custom web and mobile application development, business compliance filings, internship training, and consultations — are entirely digital in nature.

Therefore, this policy does not pertain to the physical shipment, postage, or courier of any product. The term "Shipping" in the context of this page refers to the electronic delivery of digital work products, reports, credentials, and other service outputs.

Since no physical goods are involved, there are no shipping charges, no customs duties, and no delivery timelines related to courier or postal services.

2. How We Deliver Our Services

Depending on the service type, deliverables are provided through the following secure digital channels:

Email

Reports, documents, invoices, source code archives, and compliance filings are delivered to your registered email address.

WhatsApp

Progress updates, quick file shares, and two-way communication are facilitated via WhatsApp Business.

GitHub / Git Repository

Source code for web and mobile applications is delivered via a private Git repository with full access transferred to you.

Google Drive / Cloud Link

Design assets, documentation, database exports, and large files are shared via secure, access-controlled Google Drive links.

The specific delivery channel for each engagement will be agreed upon during the project kickoff. All delivery channels use access controls to ensure only the authorized client receives the deliverable.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed upon individually for each project during the scoping phase. General indicative timelines are as follows:

  • Custom Website (Landing Page / Brochure): 5–15 business days from kickoff, depending on design complexity and content availability.
  • Custom Web Application / Dashboard: 4–12 weeks depending on feature scope, integrations, and client responsiveness.
  • Mobile Application (Android / Cross-platform): 6–16 weeks based on complexity, backend requirements, and testing cycles.
  • GST Registration: 3–7 business days after receipt of all required documents, subject to government portal processing times.
  • ITR Filing: 1–3 business days after receipt of all required financial documents and confirmations from the client.
  • Company / LLP Registration: 10–20 business days after document submission, subject to MCA/ROC processing times.
  • Consultation Session Report: Delivered within 24–48 hours post-session via email.
  • Internship Certificate: Issued within 5 business days of successful program completion and assessment clearance.
Government portal processing times (GST, MCA, Income Tax) are outside our control. We will keep you informed of any delays caused by external portals and take all necessary follow-up actions.

4. Revisions & Exchange Policy

Since we deliver digital services and not physical products, the concept of "exchange" applies to deliverable revisions, corrections, and rework. Our revision policy is as follows:

  1. Included Revisions: Each project engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Minor corrections — such as text edits, color adjustments, or layout tweaks within the agreed design — are included at no additional cost.
  2. Scope-based Revisions: Revision requests that fall within the original agreed scope will be addressed in the next sprint or revision cycle without additional charges.
  3. Out-of-scope Requests: Changes that represent new features, significantly altered designs, or additions beyond the original scope will be treated as a new requirement and quoted separately.
  4. Bug Fixes Post-delivery: Any bugs or defects in the delivered code that were not caused by client-side modifications will be fixed free of charge within a 30-day post-delivery support window.
  5. Compliance Amendments: If a government rejection or deficiency notice is received due to an error on our part, we will refile or rectify at no additional professional fee. If the rejection is due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the client, additional charges may apply.
All revision requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) with specific, actionable feedback. Vague revision requests may result in delays in processing.

5. Deliverable Quality Standards

We are committed to delivering high-quality, professional-grade work. All deliverables from IT Maverick Solutions undergo the following quality checks before delivery:

  • Web & App Projects: Cross-browser / cross-device testing, performance checks, and code review before final delivery.
  • Compliance Filings: Double verification of all entered data against client-supplied documents before portal submission.
  • Design Deliverables: Reviewed against the agreed brief and scope document before sharing with the client.
  • Reports & Documentation: Proofread and verified for accuracy before delivery.

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications as outlined in the project scope or service agreement, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We will review and address your concern promptly.

6. Internship Training Materials

Training materials, resources, and access to learning platforms provided during our internship programs are subject to the following:

  • All training materials are provided digitally via email, shared drives, or a designated communication group (WhatsApp/Slack).
  • Materials are shared progressively throughout the program and are intended for personal use in completing the internship only.
  • Participants may not redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any training content provided by IT Maverick Solutions.
  • Access to shared learning resources may be revoked upon program completion or early withdrawal.
  • No "exchange" of training modules is permitted — the curriculum is fixed and delivered as a cohort-based structured program.

7. Documents & Certificates

Documents generated as part of compliance services (e.g., GST certificates, incorporation certificates, ITR acknowledgements) and internship completion certificates are governed by the following policies:

  • Government-issued Documents: These documents are issued by the relevant government authority (GSTN, MCA, Income Tax Department) and cannot be "exchanged" or altered by us. Corrections require fresh filings or amendment applications, which may attract additional government fees.
  • IT Maverick Solutions-issued Certificates: Internship or project completion certificates can be corrected for name spelling errors or other factual inaccuracies upon written request within 30 days of issuance, at no charge. Requests beyond 30 days may attract a nominal administrative fee.
  • Duplicate Certificates: Reissue of a lost or damaged certificate may be requested and will be processed within 5 business days at no additional cost (digital format only).
Physical printed copies of certificates are not provided by default. All certificates are delivered in digital PDF format. Physical printing is the client's responsibility.
